Pride Business Association was founded by three friends—Samuel Gimbut, Thomas Quinnild, and Blake Behmer—two of whom are students at the Haas School of Business. The idea for PBA emerged when they felt discouraged and unseen in the business field, realizing the need for a space where LGBTQ+ students could feel supported and empowered to succeed. With a shared vision, they created PBA to foster community, inclusivity, and growth within the business world.
